Construction
K&K Construction is based out of St. George, Utah. We are currently developing South Pointe and Fox Cove subdivisions.



History
K&K Construction has been actively developing in Southern Utah for the past twelve years. In that time, we have completed over 300 quality homes. Three of our homes have been featured in the St. George Parade of Homes--two of which can be viewed online here and here.

NEW! 2007 Parade of Homes
K&K Construction and Development has recently been selected to participate in the 2007 St. George Area Parade of Homes.



Future Projects
We are now taking reservations on our new town home project, The Flats at South Pointe, starting this fall with prices under $200,000. Please use our contact form to add your name to our prioritized waiting list.

We also have several projects in the proposed state. More information will be available as these projects reach the planning phase.
